- Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related professional accounting qualification with 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken) in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in handling full sets of account and consolidate companies account.
- Provide strong analytical and report writing skills.

- Prepare material and make arrangement for company meeting
- Arrange and schedule appointments for MD
- Make travel and organizational arrangements as required
- Greet visitors, answer telephone calls and direct visitors/ calls to MD
- Dealing with the receipt and distribution of correspondence, faxes, e-mail to appropriate person
- Delegate job duties to lower level staffs

- Possess Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC) or relevant qualification
- At least 3 years relevant experiences
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English, Malay & Chinese
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application

- Good communication skill
- Able to priorities and manage multiple tasks with strong follow up skills
